SERVICE STANDARDS
1. We will answer your call within 6 rings (by a person) between 9-5pm
2. We will supply you with a quote/rate within 24 hours
3. We will supply staff with semiskilled labour within 24 hours
4. We will inform you of the availability of skilled labour within 48 hours (week day)
5. We will allocated dedicated a customer service person within 24 hours when you start doing business.
6. We will contact you within 24 hours of a contractor starting work for you.
7. We will send you a detailed invoice within 10 days at the end of the fortnight (subject to all time sheets submitted on time).
8. If we fail to keep up with our service level we will penalise ourselves by issuing you a credit voucher of $25.
